Rural shipping surcharges. Please note that if you place an order for a larger or heavier item that needs to ship to a rural or outback location there may be a shipping surcharge for your order. If this is the case we will contact you AND/OR place a funds request with your PayPal account for any amount required to cover the shipping costs. The order will only proceed if you are happy with the shipping costs.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. While shopping at Transquip Direct your shopping cart remains loaded with the products you have chosen until you leave the site or go through the Checkout. You may alter the amounts in the Qty column, then the qty will auto update so you can see the revised total. When you are happy with your order, click on Checkout to proceed to our secure payment options or click on the pay by paypal link if you wish. You may add more tools to your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on any of the Department menu tabs, specials or by way of the Tools search facility to locate products.
Optional Transit cover. All smaller orders shipped with Australia Post are covered by a generic $100 transit cover. However if you require greater transit cover above this amount the cost is 5% of the value of your order up to a maximum of $75 for all orders over $1500. Note: You do not need to have a credit card to make a purchase. Please see our Bank Depositt option should you wish to order without the use of a credit card. If you do wish to use your credit card, all details are processed through a secure server using SSL encryption. Using your credit card through our secure server does enable faster order processing whether you use our secure server checkout our proceed to and pay by paypal.

Our goods are on special 24 hours a day 7 days a week! We always try to monitor our online pricing making sure only the very best deals are had by Transquip customers. If you see any item advertised at a cheaper price (other than clearance and deleted lines) please e-mail as the part number, the competitors store name & number. We will always try to offer a better deal if it is possible to do so!
Note: We will always strive to offer the latest pictures and product descriptions in our Online Store but please understand this is not always possible. Subsequently due to constant changes & updgrades in specifications of products, pictures & certain specificaitons listed in our online store in some cases may vary from actual items and are for illustration purposes only.
We always try to keep our product descriptions up to date. These are being constantly monitored and upgraded when needed. Please note however that typing and database errors do occur as well as constant product spec changes from varying suppliers. If you have any doubt or wish to check that our description is correct please contact us via email with the details of your enquiry. While we will always ship the correct part number of an item we cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen changes by suppliers of product specs and contents without our knowledge. Always search for one item at a time. If you have multiple items you are looking for, find the first item you require. You can then get the system to "remember" them after you have found them by "adding them to your cart". This does not mean that you have to purchase them, but it does allow you to go back to your cart and look at it's contents anytime during your stay at Transquip.
When searching for an item, never use plurals ( e.g.: when searching for a Drill type in Drill NOT Drills).
Try to use only ONE word you think will appear in the product name or description of the item you require. Our search engine will search for your chosen word not only in the name or heading of the item, but also in the description of the item. (E.g.: If you are looking for a Hydraulic Puller Set you can type in "Puller" or "Bearing". The system will then pick up EVERY item in our database that has these words in the product name or description.)
SometEmes items are called by different names in different states. If you can't find the item using "your" name for it, try a few other names you may know. ( E.g.: if you a are looking for a Stilson, this can also be called a Pipe Wrench. Also, an Adjustable Wrench can also be called a Crescent or Shifter.)
If you know the part number of the item you are looking for, particularly Ryobi, Kincrome, KC Tools, Metabo & Minimax items, try placing the part number in the search box. You may be surprised how easily you can find an item!
If you follow these steps you should take no longer than a few minutes to purchase a product from Transquip Direct. At Transquip we take pride in the fact that our goods are delivered with speed not usually associated with online shopping. As soon as an order is approved and the payment verified, the dispatch process will begin at the warehouse level. Generally any order placed will be delivered to you in 5-7 working days Metro, 7-10 working days Rural and 10-12 working days Outback and Remote.
Amex & Diners Surcharges.
For larger orders over $1500 a small surcharge of 2.9% may apply to Amex and Diners orders. We will inform you by email should this be the case.
Please note that some clearance items may have minor discrepancies in product description. While we always try to have the most up to date info, we cannot accept claims made on clearance items. Also that due to the often below cost pricing all clearance items are sold on an "as is" basis with no warranty support unless previously stated in the product description.
