Cancellation of Orders:
Please note that due to their nature orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as our staff will have already picked, packed and either shipped the order or readied it for shipment. Also we cannot cancel or refund EFT (bank deposit) orders so please consider this before placing your Bank Deposit order. However we may be able to change the order or create an instore credit to the same value of a Bank Deposit order where possible.
Our goods are on special 24 hours a day 7 days a week! We always try to monitor our online pricing making sure only the very best deals are had by Transquip customers. If you see any item advertised at a cheaper price (other than clearance and deleted lines) please e-mail as the part number, the competitors store name & number. We will always try to offer a better deal if it is possible to do so!
We will always strive to offer the latest pictures and product descriptions accurate in our Online Store but please understand this is not always possible. Subsequently due to constant changes & upgrades in specifications of products, pictures & certain specifications listed in our online store in some cases may vary from actual items and are for illustration purposes only. If you are not happy with any product or picture discrepancy of your item you can always return it for a full refund is returned within 5 days of receiving the item.
We always try to keep our product descriptions up to date. These are being constantly monitored and upgraded when needed. Please note however that typing and database errors do occur as well as constant product spec changes from varying suppliers. If you have any doubt or wish to check that our description is correct please contact us via email with the details of your enquiry. While we will always ship the correct part number of an item we cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen changes by suppliers of product specs and contents without our knowledge. Any updates will contents and specs of items will be updated as soon as we are made aware of this.
Rural & Offshore shipping surcharges.
Please note that if you place an order for a bulky, larger or heavier item that needs to ship to a rural, offshore*, or outback location there may be a shipping surcharge for your order. If this is the case we will contact you AND/OR place a funds request with your PayPal account for any amount required to cover the shipping costs. The order will only proceed if you are happy with the shipping costs. *Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Tasmania, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Coral Sea Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands, Norfolk Island.
All prices are in Australian Dollars including GST. While shopping at Transquip Direct your shopping cart remains loaded with the products you have chosen until you leave the site or go through the Checkout. You may alter the amounts in the Qty column, then the qty will auto update so you can see the revised total. When you are happy with your order, click on Checkout to proceed to our secure payment options. You may add more tools to your shopping cart at any time. Simply click on any of the Department menu tabs, specials or by way of the Tools search facility to locate products.
Optional Transit cover. All smaller orders shipped with Australia Post are covered by a generic $100 transit cover & with TNT basic cover up to $1000 is included. However if you require greater transit cover above this amount the cost is 5% of the value of your order up to a maximum of $75 for all orders over $1500. If you wish to take our optional transit cover PLEASE email us at firstname.lastname@example.org soon as you place your order to request this. Please note that any transit damage must be noted on the consignment note immediately on receiving the goods and if this is not possible then as soon as the item has been opened & damage noticed. Normally any courier company will not accept transit damage claims days or weeks after after the goods have been delivered.

At Transquip we take pride in the fact that our goods are delivered with speed not usually associated with online shopping. As soon as an order is approved and the payment verified, the dispatch process will begin at the warehouse level. Generally any order placed will be delivered to you in 5-7 working days Metro, 7-10 working days Rural and 10-12 working days Outback and Remote.
Please note that some clearance items may have minor discrepancies in product description. While we always try to have the most up to date info, we cannot accept claims made on clearance items. Also that due to the often below cost pricing all clearance items are sold on an "as is" basis with no warranty support unless previously stated in the product description.
Any information that is collected and held in our client database is only done so by way or information freely given by any client during the ordering process or when registering an account/tool club membership with Transquip Tools.Please note that at no time does Transquip share, distribute or allow access to your private details by anyone other than Transquip staff or logistics suppliers who may require it for processing, billing, shipping of your orders. If at any time you wish to see the personal information our system holds you may request this by email at any time. Also should you wish your personal details to be removed from our database this can be done at any time by way of an email request.
