Purchase Policy

Credit Card Fees & Cancelled Orders.
Please note that there will be a 5% processing/cancellation fee. for any order that is cancelled before it shipped for any reason. The reason for this is that credit card providers and PayPal fees we incur are NOT refunded to us plus our staff will have expended time to ready the item for shipment. So please take note that if any order made by credit card or PayPal that is cancelled before shipment for any reason, a 5% fee will be charged from the final refund amount. Also orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have shipped. So if you order has already shipped you may be able to return it to us (see our returns policy hereAlso we cannot cancel or refund EFT (bank deposit) orders so please consider this before placing your Bank Deposit order. However we may be able to change the order or create an instore credit to the same value of a Bank Deposit order where possible. 

Non Metro, Remote Route & Offshore shipping surcharges.
Please note that all shipping prices listed at the checkout or with the product is to METRO areas only. If an item needs to be shipped to any rural, remote route, offshore* or outback location there may be a shipping surcharge for your order. If this is the case we will contact you AND/OR place a funds request with your PayPal account for any amount required to cover the shipping costs. The order will only proceed if you are happy with the shipping costs. *Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Tasmania, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Coral Sea Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands, Norfolk Island.

Business address with forklift for heavy/palletised items:
Due to health & safety rules all heavy items that travel on a skid, pallet or bulky cartons must be delivered to a listed business address. Items that ship on a pallet or skid must also ensure that a forklift is on hand at the business delivery address for safe unloading.

Our goods are on special 24 hours a day 7 days a week! We always try to monitor our online pricing making sure only the very best deals are had by Transquip customers. If you see any item advertised at a cheaper price (other than clearance and deleted lines) please e-mail as the part number, the competitors store name & number. We will always try to offer a better deal if it is possible to do so!

We will always strive to offer the latest pictures and product descriptions accurate in our Online Store but please understand this is not always possible. Subsequently due to constant changes & upgrades in specifications of products, pictures & certain specifications listed in our online store in some cases may vary from actual items and are for illustration purposes only. Please note however that typing and database errors do occur as well as constant product spec changes from varying suppliers. If you have any doubt or wish to check that our description is correct please contact us via email with the details of your enquiry. While we will always ship the correct part number of an item we cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen changes by suppliers of product specs and contents without our knowledge. Any updates will contents and specs of items will be updated as soon as we are made aware of this.

Order updates, tax invoices & tracking are always sent to you by the email address you use with your order. Please make sure you monitor your email address and your spam folder to ensure you get all the info you need! 

Standard shipping times:
At Transquip we take pride in the fact that our goods are delivered with speed not usually associated with online shopping. As soon as an order is approved and the payment verified, the dispatch process will begin at the warehouse level. Generally any order placed will be delivered to you in 5-7 working days Metro, 7-10 working days Rural and 10-12 working days Outback and Remote.

Clearance Items 
Please note that some clearance items may have minor discrepancies in product description. While we always try to have the most up to date info, we cannot accept claims made on clearance items. Also that due to the often below cost pricing all clearance items are sold on an "as is" basis with no warranty support unless previously stated in the product description.

Your Privacy
Any information that is collected and held in our client database is only done so by way or information freely given by any client during the ordering process or when registering an account/tool club membership with Transquip Tools. Please note that at no time does Transquip share, distribute or allow access to your private details by anyone other than Transquip staff or logistics suppliers who may require it for processing, billing, shipping of your orders. If at any time you wish to see the personal information our system holds you may request this by email at any time. Also should you wish your personal details to be removed from our database this can be done at any time by way of an email request.
