The Knipex Electronic Super Knips is manufactured from special tool steel and polished. The cutting edges are ground without bevel for flush cutting and are induction hardened to approx. 60 HRC. Thanks to the precision tips, it is also possible to cut fine wire accurately, e.g. wire touching enclosures and components.

Due to the handle springs without friction, operation of the Knipex 78 31 125 Electronic Super Knips is so smooth that force can be very finely and sensitively metered. The opening restrictor simplifies work further.
The head of the pliers on the model 78 31 125 has a very slim design: for optimum work, also in confined spaces, e.g. on densely packed printed circuit boards.
